| HOW TO ORDER ONLINE |

STEP 1: Go to ‘The Collection’ Page. You need MasterCard
or Visa (we do not accept Amex).
|

STEP 2: Click the ‘Colour’ of your choice, the chosen one will be highlighted in a red box. Choose ‘Size’ from the drop down menu,
type in ‘Qty/quantity’, Once you have clicked the ‘Add to Cart’ button, the quantity disappears from the box you typed it into.
Do this for each item you wish to purchase. |

| STEP 3: Click the ‘Checkout’ button top right hand side. |
|
STEP 4: Your shopping cart contents will be displayed and you
will be asked to enter payment details or change quantity. |
|
STEP 5: Enter your contact details and delivery details. If you want your order delivered even with no one at your specified delivery address,
then please specify in the ‘Comments’ field where to leave your order, and you must include the words ‘No signature required’. Click ‘Continue’. |

| STEP 6: Add credit card details and click ‘Purchase’. |
|
| STEP 7: You will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order (this is your tax invoice). |

| HOW TO ORDER BY PHONE |

Phone 04 233 0050. Provide us with your delivery details and the item you wish to purchase (sizes etc). You can deposit money into our bank
account via internet, telephone or personal banking or post us a cheque, (we will advise you of our bank account number on the phone). |

The item does not match what you ordered
The item is damaged
The item is faulty
The garment/s ordered do not make dressing easier, or do not suit your specific need. |

Where possible, return the goods in the same condition as you received them
Clearly address the item so that we receive the item
Include a note explaining the reason for the returned goods, your purchase order and bank account details so that we can refund the item |
